In partnership with BDA Consulting and Technopol, we developed a business accelerator program. This initiative aimed to equip Estonian companies with sustainable growth and innovation strategies. Each accelerator cohort included ten selected companies, each developing an innovation strategy and three new business model options for growth. Business Models Inc. facilitated the strategy design and validation processes, ensuring a seamless and collaborative approach that enabled participating companies to co-create and achieve significant results.
