Van Raam has experienced steady growth in recent years. The three founders have been working hard to create and realize the future. To achieve this, they have expanded the team, hiring talent and setting up a complete management team.

Now, the company was facing the challenge of ensuring the management team was aligned to sustain business growth and achieve future goals to reach the vision of “Let’s all cycle” and enable everyone to get on the bike and ride.

The Management Team aimed to enable all employees to contribute to the company’s growth. The company then focussed on clearly stating its vision and growth ambitions for 2024. Van Raam explored new opportunities for value-creation to see how the company could expand its portfolio of business models.

The results.

Our collaboration with Van Raam led to tangible results. We created a shared vision and growth ambitions for the next four years. Setting the company up for success, we delivered their new vision with a vision paper, which was hung in their conference room. This enabled the company to be constantly reminded of its heading.

Van Raam was also nominated for the Koning Willem I prize, a prize for Dutch entrepreneurs making a difference in courage, perseverance, innovation, and sustainable and sound entrepreneurship.

Additionally, we built the Innovation Factory to further expand business operations and increase production capacity.
