Enterprise Estonia (EAS)
Enterprise Estonia (EAS), which promotes business and regional development, sought global growth strategies for Estonian companies constrained by a limited domestic market. Together with BDA Consulting and Technopol, BMI created a business accelerator program that helped ten companies develop sustainable growth strategies and new business models, resulting in 5-10% revenue growth.

The challenge
Estonia's limited domestic market means companies must grow beyond local borders to achieve long-term success. The question was how to implement a global growth and innovation strategy allowing these companies to expand internationally, tap into new markets and remain competitive while staying agile in changing global conditions.
Our approach
In partnership with BDA Consulting and Technopol, BMI developed a business accelerator program. Each cohort included ten selected companies, each developing an innovation strategy and three new business model options for growth, with BMI facilitating the strategy design and validation processes in a collaborative, co-creative way.
The results
- Each company developed a robust innovation strategy with a clear vision, defined processes, a structured innovation team and specific innovation metrics.
- Three new business models per company with connected value propositions and comprehensive validation plans, showcased in a visual pitch deck.
- Participating companies realized 5-10% revenue growth and enhanced long-term competitive advantages.
The method stayed with the team. It always does.
