Great ideas die in old business models. This workshop takes your leadership team through the redesign, from the model you run today to two or three you could run tomorrow. We map, question, break and rebuild using the same canvases we wrote the books on, and every assumption gets named so it can be tested. You do the designing. We hand you the method. That order matters, because the model has to keep evolving after we leave.
